Building and construction

Sustainable construction focuses on the planning, construction and use of buildings. The aim is to minimise the consumption of energy and resources and maximise the benefits for individuals and society as a whole. Due their great importance in the building sector, ecological, economic and socio-cultural factors are integrated into sustainable overall building concepts, whichs take into account all lifecycle phases from the extraction of raw materials to construction, use and dismantling of a building.
