A transformation consultant who builds bridges to the private sector.

Personal background

Pascal Sieber holds a PhD in business informatics and has conducted research in Switzerland, Germany and the USA in management and organisational sciences as well as in business informatics. Today he is an entrepreneur and consultant with 20 years of experience in developing business and IT strategies. Role in the Steering Committee

NRP 73 promotes innovative research projects that seek close collaboration with companies (see Module 4, “Enterprise applications” in the NRP 73 call for proposals). This involves testing various options in case studies together with partner companies. In order to exploit the full potential of this programme, Pascal Sieber will:

  • support and advise the Steering Committee in identifying and evaluating the innovation potential of research projects and findings in the areas of organisational processes and management, marketing, supply chain management and organisational and business models, in particular in the light of the circular economy and the sharing economy;
  • support and advise researchers in developing and financing follow-up projects for the implementation of innovations and make available a corresponding network; and
  • facilitate the transfer of NRP 73 research projects to future Innosuisse projects.
