CE2 deep-dive session on ‘Sustainable Food Systems’

Our diet not only has an impact on our health, but also on the well-being of our planet. The session will focus on how a healthy and sustainable diet looks like.

​During the deep-dive session Alexander Mathys will present and discuss the findings of his research results with representatives from different sectors of the food industry how a healthier and more sustainable food consumption can be achieved.
